That makes me giggle.

I love this nonsense. I haven't touched my old boards in months. Having 2 different sizes is great! I mostly use the small ones. I don't know why they decided to carve the fish. But sliced fish never hurt anyone. I folded it up next to the microwave. I think with this cutout it will be easier to pull out one at a time. And if you get that picky, you'll be able to see if it's your tomato board or your fish board faster than Gordon Ramsay. It would be nice to have a cutout to move the board if you think about it. They lie so flat on the table. (Isn't life fun when you can sit and wonder why someone carved a fish?) Having so many makes me feel rich. . You don't have to throw everything in small bowls like these YouTube chefs. Cut them up and go. That's my motto. They're thin enough that I can start with a stack and there's no mountain in the middle of the table. I often just stack a few and chop the onion and set it aside. Cut cheese, set aside. Go down the stack. They are thick enough not to become brittle. I picked them up with stuff on them with one hand and everything was fine. It's best to use both hands, but they're not skinny. I still have knife marks, but they barely scratched the surface. Then they are so easy! No clumsy, albeit beautiful, wooden board to position properly, or pepper all over the hearth. They bend so you can guide it into the bowl. It rolls up easily so you can place the board all the way into the bowl before you start unloading. But even without stooping, having the extra control that comes with light weight is much more effective. And again, these two sizes are great! And cleaning is fun. I have a small sink and bending them to fit is a lot easier than just grabbing a heavy board or cleaning the countertop. Nothing sticks to them and is not absorbed. Very easy to wash.
