I always had the problem that my calluses on my hands got too big when lifting or doing pull ups, they came off so I originally ordered this product to try to save my calluses so i stop throwing up. Unfortunately this product didn't help in this situation, whatever it was, the D is too deep, it takes too many calluses and then my hands cracked because the calluses are gone, I don't like it! However, I recently found a strip of sand, and it's much better at helping you maintain calluses without losing too much weight. I 100% recommend sand strips, not this callus remover! There is also a balm in December that helps heal things that work wonders. Highly recommend going there and checking out this product!
