Review on Tripp Lite TLP606DMUSB: 6-Outlet Surge Protector Power Strip with Clamp Mount and Insurance - 2100 Joules, 6ft Cord, Dual USB by Robert Prix

Updated 9/2019 - We have had a clamp mount for a Tripp Lite 6 surge protector for 2.5 years with no problems. Came back this time to order a second for the table. I installed it on the side table between our sofa and the love seat, our kids often unplugged it so they could either start their laptop or charge their phone. Then I try to turn on the light and nothing. This solved the problem, nothing needed to be unplugged anymore, you can boot a laptop or whatever, use a phone charger or connect to USB. As the table is mostly black it fits very well and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. We installed it and have been using it every day since the end of December (hello, Christmas present to yourself!) without any problems. Now I'm thinking about putting it on my wife's bedside table so all her "stuff" can be plugged in.
