Perfectly fit for purpose

I really enjoy using this knife, but I think people should know what they are getting when they buy this knife. This is not an all-purpose chef's knife that you want to use for cutting vegetables, raw meat, etc. The blade is very thin and not designed for the task. It's designed to slice cooked meat off your grill and even use it as a fork if you want to use it to turn meat on the grill or transfer meat from the grill to a plate etc. It's very sharp and very good for these things . As long as you know you're buying a knife that isn't going to be particularly versatile, and you're ok with it, I think you'll enjoy it as much as I do.
