I have had this mirror for a little over a year. I bought this to replace a similar model I had (also from Conair) that plugged into an outlet rather than batteries. I'm having a couple of issues with this particular model. The mirror needs to change batteries FREQUENTLY. It takes 3 AAs and I replaced them every few weeks. Mind you, I use a mirror every day to apply my makeup.- Rotating the mirror pulls wires, shorting out the light. That killed my first mirror. and now this model. Luckily I have a very skilled guy who fixed this mirror for me by pulling the switch and putting the wires back in (or something like that, I don't know, I can't). However, this was a temporary fix as the lights went out again shortly after. -She is very small. I have a vanity and needed to find something to attach a mirror so it was face level. My vanity has the usual table height. It's not a big problem, but it's annoying. All in all, I won't buy this again. For this price I can and will find something better.
