Review on Topstone Tealights Flameless Flickering Decoration by Robert Capers

Garbage. Customer service sucks, product is old. I was really looking forward to that. It wasn't until I opened the box that I noticed that many of them had a lot of dust accumulated around the flame. I'm pretty sure I bought them new. Why did they come already dusty IN THE BOX!? I ignored and followed the instructions to enable it before using the remote. All but one were already included. None of them work with the remote except this one. I checked the ones that didn't work and thought it was a plastic plug. nope I only opened one that worked and one that didn't. Batteries of different types. I looked around for directions and noticed what it said. Even turning them off remotely when the switch is still on drains the battery faster. Needless to say, I've been sold flashlights with dead batteries! They leave a message to notify them of any problems via email. No reply (yes I checked if this is the right address) I hope this review catches your attention and, well I don't know, send me new or new batteries.
