Worked great for 2 weeks

The card works fine for Wi-Fi but after 2 weeks the Bluetooth on the card stopped working. I checked my old card and the bluetooth is back, so I know it's not my windows install or the driver itself, the computer doesn't see the bluetooth chip on the card at all.
