Well the metal on this platform bed looks good and I have a feeling it will definitely last! The instructions were easy to assemble and I did it all by myself. The only downside I've found so far is the fact that hand slots feel cheap. So far, a month later, they're still holding up, weighing about 500 pounds combined on a king frame between my girlfriend, my pup, and myself. They sag a little when I'm lying on the bed, but it's not scary. I think they will, but I can't guarantee it. Overall I'd wholeheartedly recommend, I'd say if you have the cash to spare to upgrade the fairings, but for the price I think it's good value. take it how you want
