They will not work with quad shield RG6 cable

They will not work with quad shield RG6 coaxial cable. The cable diameter is simply too large to screw into these connectors. You might fit double shielded RG6 cable but I doubt it. They only "kinda" fit onto a quad shielded cable by cutting off all of the wire braid that needs to be removed but fits in the connector, as well as cutting off some of the cable's outer protective covering. I doubt that double shielded cable is much thinner than quad shielded cable.
