I bought a mold in the shape of a flower dragonfly. Although the mold looks nice, sturdy and works well for soap making, which is what I bought it for, it was downright gross on arrival. The package was covered in a very smelly, sticky, oily/gel-like substance and neither my husband nor I wanted to touch it to take it out. Therefore, we put on disposable gloves so as not to touch them with our hands. I then washed it several times and then placed it in a pot of boiling water to sterilize. I don't have to go to all that trouble to use what I bought new! ROUGH!
