It's a good swing, but I feel my child is not sitting comfortably, I felt my head and neck were being squeezed because of the angle of the backrest had to come back... wanted could recline the seat or get a better sitting position in the chair so the head stayed better the back was so set back and the head was pushed too far forward resulting in an uncomfortable position for the child's head and the Headrest led The included pillow was even worse because it added more cushion and tilted the baby's head slightly forward for an even more uncomfortable position. So if the back of the chair was pushed back more to match the amount of seating, then the chair would have 5 stars, but because the back tilts forward from the legs to the head like some kind of alternating current, it just got to me not working
