My wife and I both have a Bose QC15 set. I replaced their pads about 3 months ago and ordered the pads directly from Bose. Having replaced mine I ordered these pillows here and can definitely tell you there is a difference between them. As mentioned in other reviews, they are a lot stiffer than the originals or the replacements I got on my wife's set. The inner mesh also uses a different adhesive than the official replacement parts and is made of a thicker material. The pads snap in well, although they are a bit more difficult to install correctly than the originals. To be honest I was fine with that until I put them on. I work in a noisy office and I need to drown out the cackling of chickens around my desk. There will be some degradation in noise canceling performance when using these special pads. This was a deal breaker for me and I ended up returning them to purchase a replacement direct from Bose. It is possible that they are made by Bose and are just a surplus from an earlier model cup. Since there is no label on the product, I cannot say for sure. I took off one star for the quality and another for the lack of noise cancellation. The product itself works as advertised, is comfortable enough to wear and fits the intended product as intended. There's nothing wrong with this if you're just looking for a replacement, but if noise-cancellation is your main reason for using it, I can suggest buying it outright.
