Good knife for home use.

I used to be a cook. I sold all my expensive knives when I switched jobs. I wanted an inexpensive knife for home use and was very happy with it. I know it has a fake finish and I'm fine with that. Seems to be holding up well. The only 'immediate' downside I see compared to my previous and much more expensive knives is that I got blistered pretty quickly after chopping more veggies. My index finger rests on the base of my spine as I slice and every cook knows this is the point where you get blisters/corns. It feels a little flimsy and the friction made me blister a little quicker than other knives. So I certainly wouldn't recommend it for professional use, but other than that I'm very happy with the performance and looks of the knife.
