Sharp Japanese Carving Knife Set

The highlight of a carving knife is its cutting quality, but these in particular allow me to control my desire to cut and do it with ease. Definitely better than what I remember as a student. I remember cutting myself at school with a not-so-sharp carving knife, using force I shouldn't have used, which eventually resulted in injury. In the knowledge that I can work with these high-quality carving knives without much effort. Strengthen and assure me that I can use the set safely. I highly recommend it!
