I was excited to try the Nike Fire Pegasus - it looked like a shoe that combined style and performance. Unfortunately after a pair of socks I was disappointed. The fit is a bit awkward, the materials don't stand up to wear and the colors are too wild for my taste. The Barely Volt isn't refined at all and the Ghost finish doesn't make up for it too much. I appreciated the cushioning, but that alone can't save a shoe that just doesn't fit the bill. The Nike Fire Pegasus may have potential, but it still needs some refinement before it's ready to hit the dance floor.
