Terrible terrible chemical smell.
I don't usually write reviews, but I found it necessary for this product. I bought this rug for my child's nursery and I am very surprised that more and more people are not complaining about the smell. After unpacking, the smell is terrible. Very strong and definitely not suitable for a child's room. I aired it outdoors for 2 days and it didn't make much of a difference. I'll give him a few more days and if nothing changes I'll find a way to send him back. The only reason I didn't give it a star is because it's actually very soft and the colors are beautiful.
