Looks like a decent quality mount. Lightweight, with a good range of motion and YES, it doesn't center on the mounting holes otherwise it would be very awkward to install. The included bubble level was accurate enough to hit the center of the bolt to the end, although I did center the center hole and weigh it first. It mounts on a single stud, but personally I wouldn't fit more than a 55-inch TV to this mount, although it's rated for a 75 or so due to the single stud attachment point. If you placed this in concrete or other masonry with anchors it would undoubtedly support a 75 inch TV. Articulation is good, at full extension we have this in the corner of our bedroom (13 x 13) and can see the TV clearly from the center bed and the tilt is just enough that it doesn't bother us when we're 6ft from it the floor until we're in bed. money in my opinion.
