LARGE SMALL BREAD KNIFE

I love this knife. It replaces a wonderful old 10 inch knife that I just found cumbersome. I have small hands and short arms so I needed something less bulky and safer to use. This fits the bill. It cuts beautifully thanks to its unique serrated blade, which is very different from a regular bread knife. The 6 inch blade is very comfortable and quite sharp. .Don't be fooled by the aluminum handle. It is weighted and offers excellent balance for cutting. It's easy to grip and easy to control. I am very happy.

Pros

MATT ALUMINUM HANDLE. The handle of the bread knife is made of silver brushed die-cast aluminum with a brushed surface. This kitchen knife is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash is recommended.
