Didn't last long. It wasn't chewed at all, the hook fell off while my rat was sitting on it! Assuming it could be an accident, the same thing happened to the second. No chewing marks, just very, very sensitive broken metal. It's a waste of money as they lasted 1 and 2 weeks respectively with careful use. It is also very difficult to clean once they go inside. Feces also remain in the washing machine. Something else! Please DO NOT buy these for your guinea pigs! Your backs will NOT take the hammock out! Especially this one! I also have piglets and it breaks my heart that this is being advertised. You are better off making your own hammocks if you know how to sew or buy them from another site. Maybe support a small business that makes them just for your pet!
