This coat is great. I live in Texas and he arrived just before the snow and ice storm that knocked out our forces. It was over forty degrees in my house and it kept me warm. I usually wear a medium size but ordered a large to wear underneath. I don't think I could comfortably wear a medium size with something thick underneath. Wool is bulky, but not as bulky as marshmallow. I like the length, so when I'm sitting in the cold bleachers, I'm sitting in a coat, not cold metal. I am so happy with this purchase.
