Review on Stylish Amber Brooch - Sterling Silver With Genuine Baltic Amber In Various Designs by Andrew Mack

Bought this and another flower brooch, both advertised as "Genuine" amber. I should have known for the price, but it's just plastic. Glitter didn't exist 40 million years ago, so you have to wonder why this "amber" has some embedded. There's a partial 925 stamp on only the pin, but none of the other metal parts, so I would also doubt that the whole thing is actually Sterling Silver. I give it 2 instead of 1 star because this sunflower is pretty, but out of principle, I cannot support this business' false listing. I've returned both pieces. Likely received from warehouse stock in the US, but if you're in Europe, they might be genuine, based on the location of some positive reviews.
