Review on 🐦 Zelite Infinity Bird’s Beak Paring Knife 2.75 Inch - Premium Japanese Steel, Pakkawood Handle & Leather Sheath by Pavel Craig

Nice to feel in hand.

I like the design and feel, the pen feels good in the hand. I have high hopes for AUS-8 steel as it is high in carbon and easy to keep the blade sharp. There are scratches on the back of the knife next to the guard because the trimmer didn't notice them. I'm not thrilled with the satin finish they applied as I think it would be better if it was polished or a true satin finish. A polished floor is easier to clean and maintain over time. A leather sheath is absolutely not required, plastic sheath would be better and cheaper. The skin will be tanned by the salts and if the blade is kept in the scabbard for a long time, the blade may become dirty.

Pros
  • PRECISE HANDLING: Imagine taking this professional Tourne paring knife to slice fruit for your guests' drinks. Or peel veggies and chop up a side dish for a great dish you're cooking. This classic paring knife is lighter than most and offers superior cutting precision. It is a highlight in every kitchen.
Cons
  • So far so good
