Review on AVLT Single Monitor Desk Stand by Amy Howard

I've been having a little trouble setting up my desktop mount for a while. Because the mounting part that I attach the mounting plate to the bracket itself did not fit because my Acer Ultrawide monitor (17.2 lbs) had some obstructions in the way that prevented it from mounting properly. So I had to do a few steps in a different order to get it working. After putting it on I had to align it horizontally towards me then everything was fine until about half an hour later the monitor came down like a sad little monitor. I've tried repositioning and tightening the tension without overdoing it unless I risk breaking the screws, but it ends up in a sad monitor again after a few minutes. Not impressed, I'll live with that, but I'd like something better.
