I like the comfort of the material. The only thing I would change is that the angle of the wedge is too long for my liking and you have to adjust it up to your butt for the pad to fit. My previous wedge pillow was not like this. Honestly, I don't like it when the wedge goes up to my ass. But it's not so annoying that I had to send it back. As said, the material and the pillow itself are very comfortable and it's a good price.
