I wanted a special decoration for my husband's surprise party. This was my first attempt at building a balloon column. I was pleasantly satisfied. Good work. I would recommend for personal use only. Since it was used indoors, I filled the base with water. Sand would probably be better if you used it outside. Each column is approximately 24-35 balloons per column depending on how inflated they are. *Tip: Cut a circle out of the cardboard to inflate/measure each balloon to the same size.
