The formula change was that "state and local laws" require them to be phosphate-free. Whatever the case, they had to develop a product that WORKS before releasing it to the general public! You better hope these laws apply to New Hampshire, because in the future I'll use a different brand if I find one that has phosphates in it. here in New Hampshire. I might even switch brands because P&G put me off so much. I called to complain and P&G admitted that their CASCADE powder DOESN'T WORK NOW if you don't have perfectly soft water! To do the dishes I was told I would have to use their Cascade Gel or Cascade Complete! Consumers don't have to pay TWICE TO GET CLEAN DISHES CASCADE DISHING POWDER is designed to CLEAN dishes, not dirty them! dirty and destroying them, then P&G should stop selling CASCADE dishwashing liquid and get off the market! SOLVE THE PROBLEM OR STOP SELLING THE CASCADE DIRTYING powder to unsuspecting consumers.”
