Review on 🍽️ Breville BOV800CB Smart Oven Bamboo Cutting Board by Brian Wright

This is a MUST for the Breville Smart Oven. I don't use it as a cutting board, but as a place to store things on the oven: a pizza stone, a quarter-sheet baking pan, and pieces of parchment paper and aluminum foil that are precut to fit the baking sheet. The board has legs that are designed to withstand the heat from the top of the kiln and securely hold the bamboo 1/2 inch above the kiln. Depending on the oven temperature and heating time, the top of the plate gets very warm, but never too hot. I've had it for a year now and it still looks brand new after using my oven daily. (I treated it with "Meat Block Conditioner" made with edible mineral oil and natural waxes.)
