Do not buy this item as it is often defective. I will add my voice to what has already been said many times. Of the last 6 refills I bought, 2 were defective. As others have said, finding the end of a plastic bag is impossible. What you end up pulling out of the container is not the end of the package, rather the package has doubled in size with no end in sight. By the time you find the end of the bag, you've taken so much out of it (maybe you've taken all of it) that refilling becomes useless as it's impossible to put the bag back in the container. I will not buy this product again. Look out for replacement parts from other manufacturers that (a) offer more bags for less money and (b) even have a "pull here" tab on the end of the bag to completely solve the problem. I haven't tried them (yet), but they get around 4.5 stars in rating, as well as lots of positive feedback from buyers saying they've completely solved the problem of finding the end of the pack.
