It was damaged in transit to me. I contacted the company and they thought it was enough to replace it. They said they don't currently have one in stock and one needs to be made and shipped from overseas and I'm doing that at the moment. The people at the company I spoke to were nice and quickly went about sourcing what was needed to determine what needed to be done. When it comes out in a few weeks I'll come back to the review with updated photos of the replacement and go through its features and capabilities. I already disposed of my bed the day the adjustable bed arrived, so for now I'm sleeping in the guest room until it's here and set up. Update (November 11, 2020) is here and I've set it up. It works great and it didn't take long to get everything up and running. The remote control is user-friendly, backlit, and has a variety of control methods based on your personal preference. I would like to point out that the support I received throughout the discussions with Leggett and Platt was timely and the process of determining whether the exchange was warranted went well and did not take long at all. They were very helpful and I received quality service from all of their representatives. Back on the remote is a small LED light that can be turned on and off with the remote. It's under the bed by the leg motor. I didn't know what it was for until nightfall as it guided me around the bed and gave just enough light that was needed and didn't interfere with my night vision. It's a small feature but an absolute winner and is now enabled all the time. The motors are very quiet, just a slight spinning noise when he's manipulating the bed the way I want it. I am also attaching some photos of the finished bed with and without the mattress. It helps me get into a comfortable position and makes me less stressed. Four stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
