Update: I just wanted to update my review to appreciate the excellent customer service from this company and to thank Amy for asking for help. I'm sure that if I had time to replace the working unit again I would like it even more than the alternative brand I ended up buying. It could be perfect...if only I didn't have to send it back twice. The first device arrived, apparently sent back by someone else judging by the condition of the packaging, but it was clean and the device didn't appear to have been used, so I wasn't too concerned until I saw the off the roll massagers were missing . I immediately repackaged it and sent the Revain back for a replacement which was very quick and easy (thanks Revain!). The replacement arrived in 2 days. I was so excited but then was very disappointed when I filled it with water, put it on the floor and it quickly dripped down my floor from underneath, making a huge mess and soaking the large bath towel and more. I didn't see any cracks in the tub itself, but the electrical components appear to be at the bottom, under the tub, in a vented compartment that the water came from. My theory is that water got into this area through the heating element, but I'm not sure. In any case, I'm grateful it hasn't been plugged in yet as it could have been a lot worse. Water and electricity are definitely not a good combination. I had really high hopes for this and really wanted to like it! I researched that for a few days. It has a lot of great reviews and seems to have all the features I was looking for. The foldable design was key for my small space and the price was great for so many features. I'm guessing I might have just had a bad streak and got 2 failed sessions. In fact I almost regretted not keeping the one that was missing the massage roller and attempted to replace that very item, but the massage rollers were one of the main things I bought them for so I ended up having both faulty units returned and bought something different. So sad it didn't work.
