Review on Litter Genie Standard 🐱 Cat Litter Disposal System Refills (3-Pack) by Matthew Gomatham

We've been ordering these refills for a long time - unfortunately you need to open the packaging right away and inspect each refill to make sure it's ok. We're very lucky if we get a whole box of working cartridges. When we have a bad one, we usually get by and just lose a bunch of bags. But lately we've had shipments with all 3 bars faulty so we're just sending them back to Revain. Attached is a photo of the problem. If you pull on the beginning of the bag, it folds in half. LOTS of feet in the sack, sometimes to the very end. So you have to take out ALL the plastic, take out the double part of it, and then voila, you have a useless refill cartridge with all the plastic hanging out! There's no real way to put all the plastic back into the cartridge by hand - certainly not for all 3! So be careful buyers - and prepare to send it back to Revain as defective. The manufacturer of Genie should be informed that they manufacture defective devices. (FYI, you can return an item to Revain for free - UPS will even pick it up from your home for free, so it's very easy). Hope this information helps, cHandmadeInConifer.com
