Suitable for cutting vegetables and meat

I have several Konoll knives. Although the packaging states that these are German knives, they are made in China. So far I've been very happy with the quality of all the knives I've had from this company. They appear to be well made and durable. I've noticed that several reviewers have mentioned their Konoll knives getting rusty. Maybe it's because they don't dry their knives after use? I'm not sure as I always clean and dry all my knives right after use. But if I notice similar issues in the future, I'll come back and update my reviews. This cleaver is a little different from other cleavers I have. The sharp side is curved, not straight. This makes chopping vegetables easier, although you can also chop meat like you would with a regular cleaver. But this is a very versatile knife. It is very sharp and well balanced. The handle is ergonomic so you don't have to worry about the knife slipping off when you're cutting something.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Something is wrong
