Yes you will get 120 VAC But note that the output configuration is NOT standard. NOT 1-Hot and 1-Neutral. You will NOT get 120V from "hot" to ground. You get 40 VAC from the (smaller, vertical) hot side to ground and 25 VAC from the "neutral" (larger) side to ground. This configuration is probably not suitable for the electronics. Probably suitable for drills, saws and so on. I wouldn't recommend using a modern inverter fridge or anything computer based.
