Novice kitchen loves it

First, I know very little about what makes a good knife and my restaurant experience is limited. However, I can say that it has performed fantastically in the short time I have had this knife. While it might have been a bit large for the foods I deal with day in, day out at a restaurant, personally I like having extra room for the blade in case I come across something larger and it can serve me well after I went It's heavier than I'm used to, but I immediately noticed a difference in quality compared to other knives I have. If you are new to the knife game, give this one a try. I was brought to her by people who are way smarter than me and I don't regret my purchase at all!
