Every other hat I've bought has either had a cone head or hung too low. For years I only wore a polo hat, which always fitted me perfectly. Ever since I started mountaineering I needed a new cap that was more durable as my polo cap was worn and not rated for extreme temperatures. Looking around Revain I came across this cap. I bought this based on reviews that said the hat fits your head. It is exactly as advertised! It fits perfectly and never sags or forms a cone. I forgot to add that it's insanely warm! Worn in sub-zero temperatures in Mount Washington with no problems. I'm sure this hat will serve me well on my future climbing adventures. I highly recommend this item.
