I have no idea what they are actually made of. Time will tell
The blade is clearly stamped VG-10 but the instructions say 1.4116 German steel. There is a big difference between VG-10 and 1.4116, so what is it? If it's VG-10 like the blade and ads say, then good. If it's German steel 1.4116, then it's not that good. That's why it gets 3 stars. Contradictory statements.
