This inverter worked well for about 3 months then one day the USB ports stopped working. I thought it might be the fuse but the fuses are fine. The instructions that came with it are useless. One of the reasons I bought it is that it had 2 110V outlets and 2 USB outlets. Unfortunately, the return period has already expired, so I now only have 2 110V sockets. **UPDATE** 4/29/20 I contacted Bestek because my USB ports are not working and they sent me a replacement inverter. I know things break down all the time, but I'm glad Bestek stands behind their product and that's about all I could ask their customer service team. I like the inverter very much and now I can recommend it to everyone.
