I am writing this review while awaiting a response to my second letter to seller Gatzies complaining that this deodorant is not what they advertise. I wish I had seen many other comments complaining that the long-loved Kiss My Face deodorant Peaceful Patchouli Deodorant isn't the wonderful product that many of us have been using for years. The deodorant just went off the market and I was so excited to see it come back that I bought SIX PACKS! Either this is a BAD BATCH (doubtful given the many complaints over the many months) or the SELLER, GATZIES and/or the manufacturer CLEARLY EXCLUDE PATCHOULI to reduce costs and CLEARLY hide behind THE NO REFUND POLICY. acknowledge the complaints about this product and remove it. I WILL BE UPDATED IN MY POST IF I HAVE THE SATISFACTION TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY FOR A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND as neither Revain nor Gatzies seem to take any responsibility for this SCAM. UPDATE - The Gatzies rep refunded the money after confirming UPC on my bottles. So maybe bad batch but good customer service. It was right.
