I bought this light (train) for my son for Christmas. A few weeks later, he accidentally knocked it over and broke the black base. I wanted to order another one but they were out of train. I contacted the company and they said they would just send me a new base for free. Later they contacted me and said they would send a brand new one for free! It wasn't a train but my son was still able to turn off the record by giving him two lights! He was happy when he arrived. Amazing customer service and wonderful product!
