I haven't tested it or anything as I doubt I can get accurate results on the crappy UMPC I installed it in but here are mine Experiences with it once : I installed it in my HTC Shift, restored the Windows 8 image on it and now my Shift works 100x faster. That old hard drive was a really horrible, horrible bottleneck (and only 32GB!). I will update my review if this SSD fails soon. All I wanted from it was that it was slightly faster than a standard hard drive (it's a lot faster!), with no moving parts, and with more space. At the moment I am very satisfied. Note for HTC Shift owners: Windows 8 uses significantly less RAM than Windows 7. If you want to increase your productivity during your shift, there is NO point in buying an overpriced 2GB RAM module. I've got an 8 Pro running and with 1GB RAM it's only using 50% after boot and I've never seen it go over 70%. If you put an 8 on it (and frankly you should, because 8 is faster than 7, is more touch-friendly, uses less RAM and CPU, is better in almost every way, etc.), adding more than a GB of RAM won't improve sufficient performance at all. It literally does NOTHING. You're limited to an 800MHz CPU and a slow HDD - even with that SSD, anything that can use the extra GB of RAM runs like crap with or without it. Better to rely only on the SSD and the paging file.
