Poor, cheap build quality. I'm a 200 lb guy and I sat in this chair for a few hours every day for 3-4 months until it broke. The plate that connects the seat to the hydraulics is torn all around. Before breaking after about 2 months of use, the chair leaned heavily from side to side. I felt something flex, and of course it flexes the bottom panel. A good office chair should withstand at least a few years of daily use. Not a few months of evening games. Overall comfort was fine until it started to tilt from side to side and eventually broke.
