Lightweight windbreaker. (Not tested in the rain) I'm 5ft 11in, 175cm tall, fits perfectly. I was very confused/concerned about the sizing in the reviews. Hope that helps. It's very easy what I wanted. The elastic band (sleeve, waist) is a thin band of soft black material. Sleeves stretch up to 7 inches. There are mesh ventilation / lining in the upper back area and in the hand pockets. It's not dripping anywhere else. Concealed standard bike bag at back waist with reflective stripe (3/4" wide). Reflective piping along front zip, front shoulder panels and rear vent. Soft fluffy black fabric lined neck. Hand pockets with invisible zips. Ideal for fashion but the hard top opens on the go!?!?The back lumbar bag had a large zipper but could use a large pull or fabric tie (I will add one).The color on the web is more accurate than the photos I have (maybe my lighting was weird?) Not a safe orange, more of a dark cream, I think if it's not waterproof enough a quick spray of tent sealer will work.
