This product has worked well for me and my girlfriend. My friend used it, she was worried it would burn her so we put a small amount on her foot before going elsewhere just to make sure she didn't have a chemical burn or allergic reaction. left it on for 7 minutes then waited about an hour after starting to make sure everything was ok. She immediately pulled her hair from smooth skin, without any burns and allergic reactions. For the shock, I used it on myself. Remember I'm hairier than a grizzly bear lol so I wanted to see if it worked for me. I used it on myself, held it for 10 minutes and then started brushing it off. all hair is gone, not a strand of hair is left. So overall I'm pretty shocked at how well this works. neither of us were burned or irritated. 5 STARS from me
