Purchased on 02/22/21. Assembly was confusing but doable. We liked it at first, but that quickly changed. You can't add a lot of clothes to the hanger as it will reduce the tension on the bars and they will fall off. Happened many times when he fell on me while I was getting dressed. I've had to strip and change at least a quarter of my clothes and I don't even have that many clothes to start with lol. I do NOT recommend for a child's room for fear of injury. The last problem is that the bars are now breaking. There are small notches where the spring is located. Over time, this area weakens and breaks in half. This happened 2 poles this weekend and now I don't have the closet that we desperately needed as our only closet is a small outerwear closet. We bought 2 sets and cannot use either of them due to breakage. Very disappointed that I spent a decent amount of money and only the last 7 months. Will update my review when I get a response from the company.
