I may have been happy with this product but it broke. And I can't get Opulent CS to ship back to me so I can order a defective part. The seller even avoided my question about CS. First, this is the first submersible pump I've used that has a sponge in the pump housing. So of course he screwed up. The instructions didn't say how to remove it to clean it so I did my best. I couldn't remove the small piece of plastic that controls the flow, but it could be bent and I removed the sponge. Unfortunately, the plastic part broke off when I tried to put the filter back in. i know my guilt I should have just thrown the sponge in the trash can. But now I have no way to adjust the flow and it needs to be adjusted to a lower flow in this tank. Sure it would be nice if parts were available but both phone numbers I tried went straight to voicemail which wasn't set up. Maybe the company is out of business. So if only because you can't order spare parts for this pump, I would advise against it.
