Nice product, bad packaging.
Pros: The decoration is very cute and it fits my nose perfectly. Doesn't bother the inside of my nose which is a huge plus. Sometimes it turns upside down as expected, but not by much. Cons: My first one arrived broken because they don't send it in a box but in an envelope and ziplock bag. I suppose this will cause them a lot of problems when people get broken jewelry. But the support team sent me a replacement quickly :)
