Assembly required; useless instruction; very strange shape of nut

This item was packaged very unprofessionally; it almost looked like someone was packing up used carts, putting instructions, nuts and bolts in a ziplock bag, and finishing the job. The instructions are almost useless, I spend eight hours (having thought one was broken but turned out to be wrong) trying to figure out how to assemble it. Nuts have a very strange design. It's wide on one side (which fits a bolt/screw) and then tapers towards the top; The nut will screw into the bolt, but will stop after 2-3 turns. This loosens the screws considerably. Maybe I'm missing something, but this seems like a pretty bad design; unless the screws that came with it were (perhaps) a bit shorter. All in all, it seems solid enough for what I need it for, but its construction left a lot to be desired.

Pros
  • INDUSTRIAL MATERIALS THAT ARE DURABLE: The frame of this handcart is made of industrial aluminum, which is as strong as a nail. It's also lightweight, weighing just 20 pounds. 8 inch hi-tech rubber wheels are built to last.
Cons
  • No instructions
