Review on Bamboo Wine Rack – Compact and Foldable Countertop Storage for 6 Bottles by Jennifer Tillman

I'm not a big wine drinker, but I buy vintage and don't like serving vinegar to guests. The best wine storage environment I have right now is on a dresser in the bedroom. Cool, dry and dark. This stand was perfect for what I needed. It fits in the closet like it was made for it. The construction is solid and clean. Good workmanship, no corners and edges. If earthquakes don't bother you, you can store ten bottles by placing two more pyramids on each base of three bottles. There is a slight backward slope to allow the cork to sink in and presumably also to facilitate bottle removal. The only concern I had about this product (the instability of the scissor design) was not addressed. The hinge of the two side panels is loose when folded, but when you unfold it to its working position, it becomes almost motionless. Definitely strong enough for the weight of wine bottles. Very smart. Well done.
