I accidentally bought this tofu filler a few months ago, I was going to order Zen Kitty silica gel filler but decided to try it in my cat's second box. They had no problem with it, and while I prefer the silica gel filler, this tofu filler beats clay by a mile, which is why I've reordered several times. Decent clumping, good odor control, etc. A few weeks ago I found some fruit flies in my cat's room and new ones were appearing every day, but none of them were in my kitchen where there is real food. One day I saw my cat approach the tray and a swarm of fruit flies flew out. They used tofu litter as a food source and breeding ground for fruit flies. Getting rid of fruit flies that hatched/ate in the litter was annoying and reminds us why we don't use food as food. cat droppings. I will never buy tofu filler again.
