Knife with a solid base, dishwasher safe and easy to cut. It's basically everything you need from a decent cutting board. I bought 3 different colors (I will add a fourth) and each one serves a specific purpose. Green for raw vegetables and fruits. White for raw meat, poultry and fish. Red for cooked food. To add: Another color for onions and garlic. I put them in the dishwasher a lot, so I don't expect them to warp very quickly, except for white. In this case I'll just grab another one if and when it warps considering how cheap they are. I like her. Get one and try it yourself. A lot of people are very picky and usually write more negative than positive reviews, so give it a try and if you don't like it, return it.
